Recipe per Rachel:
ZIPLOC OMELETS
Diced ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, etc. for omelets.
One Ziploc quart-sized freezer bag/Person
Permanent marker
2 large or x-large eggs per person
Large pot boiling water
Have guests write their names on bags with permanent marker. Crack two eggs
into each bag and shake to combine them.
Each person adds prepared ingredients of choice into is/her bag and shakes.
Make sure to get air out of bag, then zip up.
Place bags into rolling boiling water for exactly 13 min. You can usually cook
6-8 omelets in a large pot.
Open the bags and the omelets will roll out easily.
