Chili Chicken-n-Rice

A bit on the spicy side, this dish made a yummy dinner! After a somewhat busy day it was nice to not have much to do to get this dinner on the table! Within the first bite my hubby was impressed and proclaimed "you can definitely make this again!" He is a lover of all things spicy so if you are one of those people or know someone like that, this would a perfect meal to make!

What I used:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups cooked rice
1 can of chili with beans
1 envelope taco seasoning
Cheese (you can use sliced cheese, grated cheese, anything!)

Cook up your rice. Brown up the chicken in a skillet. In a greased baking dish pour your rice into it. Mix up your chili and taco seasoning then pour on top. Place chicken breast on top of the chili. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 min. Uncover, place all the cheese you want on top and bake until melted.

From our table to yours, bon appetite!
