Grilled Chicken

Since the weather has begun to warm up a bit, we had been craving a good juicy piece of grilled chicken!! So last night we pulled out the good old charcoal grill (our favorite way to grill) and my hubby went to work! He is the master grillsman when it comes to cooking out doors :) He enjoys it and I enjoy eating his creations! Here is his recipe for a great tasting mouth watering meal!

What he used:
2 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbs. melted butter
Lowerys seasoned salt

Get your coals nice and hot. Brush your chicken on one side with the melted butter and place a generous covering of seasoned salt. Put that side down first on your grill. Do the same to the other side and cook until the juices run clear. It has always been a crowd pleaser!
