Italian Pork Chops

So so so good!  I just can't tell you how full of flavor these chops were!  You must try them out for yourself!

What I used:
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
Pepper, enough to season
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup Italian dressing
Parsley, sprinkling of it if you wish

Turn electric skillet on to 350 degrees & get you butter melting














Sprinkle on enough pepper for seasoning on both sides & place in skillet.













Turn over to cook on both sides.
Add water & dressing, cover & cook for 10 - 12 minutes turning once after 6 minutes.













Add parsley and Voila! So tasty!













You can use the left over sauce as a type of gravy for your rice or potatoes or whatever you choose to serve with this dish!
