Helpful Hints

Are you one of those people that enjoys collecting recipe cards? Do you find them scattered EVERYWHERE and never are around when you need them? Something that I have found to be helpful is to ORGANIZE them! I have taken photo albums and used them to put my recipe cards in. Each photo alum is a different type of food....I have a beef one, chicken, desserts, etc... That way when I want to search for a certain recipe I know RIGHT where to find it! Plus, since it is a photo album, it is behind plastic so when I am cooking or such and maybe splatter some sauce or something, all I have to do is wipe off the plastic, not write out an entirely new card!
