Happy Birthday Cheesecake!

This year for my birthday my amazingly talented hubby made my favorite cake in all the world! Strawberry cheesecake! What a guy! It is a simple recipe (completely not healthy for you) and it tastes just as good (if not better!) than it looks! Give it a whirl and let me know what you think!

What he used:
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 carton (8oz.) whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar
1tbsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
1 can strawberry pie filling

Mix the cream cheese, whipped topping, p-sugar and vanilla. Once smooth pour into crust and smooth over. Top with pie filling, cover and refrig. until ready to serve. Refrig. leftovers. Simply delicious!
