Honey Dijon Chicken

I hadn't planned a meal for the other day and I was at a loss as to what to fix. I leafed through my cookbooks and found this simple one that took not a lot of effort on my part :) I'm not sure where it is from because it is one that I wrote down in a recipe book of my own.... Hope you enjoy it!

What I used:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Place chicken in an ungreased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 min. turning once and basting chicken every 15 min.
