Chicken Nuggets

What I used:

2 cut up chicken breasts
1 cup milk (in own bowl)
Flour as needed (on a plate)
2 eggs whisked (in own bowl)
2Tbs. Oil

Cut your Chicken breast up into small small pieces, a little bigger than bite size. Dip in milk, roll in flour, dip in egg, roll in flour then place in heated skillet. Fry until they are cooked through and a light brown on both sides. Repeat process until all the chicken is cooked.
